Roger André Westgård

Roger André Westgård currently serves as Chief Technology Officer for Mn Alloys at Eramet, responsible for technical leadership and management of R&D and Capex portfolios. Prior to this role, Westgård was the CEO of Eramet Norway and held various positions at Eramet, including Plant Director for the Porsgrunn facility, where focus was on improving performance culture and resource optimization. Westgård's career also includes leadership roles at Yara Porsgrunn, REC Wafer Herøya, and Hydro Aluminium, with a solid foundation in metallurgy from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and executive training from the Norwegian School of Economics. Additionally, a recent Board Certificate has been obtained in December 2023.
