Thibault Lafaye

Thibault LAFAYE currently serves as Engineering Manager at Eramet, overseeing a €35M project for the refurbishment of a silico-manganese reduction furnace in the Dunkirk region. With prior experience as a project manager trainee at Aubert & Duval, Thibault managed new works projects while pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at ECEMA Lyon. Additional roles include a mechanical studies project trainee at Aubert & Duval and project management trainee at Erasteel, where Thibault gained insights into project management, as well as experience in mechanical and pneumatic projects.
