Victor Behar, Ph.D., J.D., is currently the Senior Director of Intellectual Property at Erasca, Inc., where they manage patent portfolios. They have previously held roles including Director of Intellectual Property at Erasca, Associate at Mintz, and Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Rice University, where they led an NIH-funded graduate research program. Victor has extensive experience in patent prosecution across various law firms, including Jones Day and McDermott Will & Emery. They earned their Doctor of Law (JD) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of San Diego School of Law and have multiple advanced degrees in Organic Chemistry from prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and Harvard University.
