Madelon de Groot

Madelon de Groot is currently a bestuurslid at Jong Erasmus MC and serves as a commissaris communicatie, alongside an administrative role at Erasmus MC Sophia in the obstetrics and neonatal intensive care department. With experience as a researcher in psychological safety at the Kliniek Verloskunde, Madelon is also active in communication committees at Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management and serves on the Raad van Advies for the Faculty Association SHARE. Past roles include project-based secretarial work at Reinier de Graaf ziekenhuis, where responsibilities encompassed various nursing departments, and leadership positions on the 40th Board of F.A. SHARE. Educationally, Madelon is pursuing a Master's degree in Health Care Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam, having previously completed a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences.
