Ayala de Groot

Ayala de Groot is currently a PhD Candidate at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, focusing on the In Search of Trust Project to enhance youth and police mutual trust in the Netherlands. Ayala has extensive teaching experience as a Tutor in Criminology, emphasizing quantitative research methods for Bachelor's students. As a member of the Events Quality Assurance Committee with AEGEE, Ayala evaluated and improved event management processes. Experience as an Office Manager at Brandd Legal involved administrative duties and corporate governance tasks.
