Arya Danurdhara is a Legal Senior Lead at Eratani, where they have successfully facilitated multiple fundraising rounds and secondary transactions, overcoming challenges to meet deadlines. They have also been involved in converting the Indonesian operating entity to a PMA. Prior to this, Arya has held positions as a Legal Counsel at Adala.id, BIXL Consulting, Legal Manager at PT Kanvas Ruang Kantor, Legal Associate at HFALawyers, and Junior Associate at Pramono & Partners. They have a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Bina Nusantara University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from BINUS University.
