Mary Jane Keeble

Mary Jane Keeble has over three decades of experience in technology and customer support roles. Currently serving as an EDI Support Technician at The Erb Group of Companies since July 2015, responsibilities include monitoring daily Electronic Data Interchange operations and collaborating with non-IT staff for problem resolution. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo from October 2013 to February 2016 and as a Solutions Designer at The Economical Insurance Group from April 1989 to May 2013, where contributions included the development of a Rexx based application utilized for over a decade. Earlier in their career, Mary Jane held the position of Technical Support at RBC Royal Bank from May 1984 to April 1989, focusing on the enhancement of messaging software and mainframe tools. Mary Jane holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.
