Yann Michon

Support Transformation Leader at Société Générale

Yann Michon has extensive experience in IT support and asset management, currently serving as the Head of IT On Site Support Services for Société Générale since September 2014. Alongside this role, Yann is also the Digital Workplace Services - Proxim'IT Product Owner overseeing IT kiosks and has led IT desktop asset management within the organization. Prior to Société Générale, Yann worked at Groupe ANTARES as a Service Delivery Executive focused on IT asset management and held the position of IT Asset Manager at SCC for Natixis, following earlier roles in network technician positions at several companies including Proserv, Groupe IGS Formation Continue, and La Française de Maintenance. Yann Michon holds an ITIL Foundation Examination certification from EXIN and a Baccalauréat in Informatique de Gestion from Lycée Leonard de Vinci, Melun.
