Valeria Sichova

Valeria Sichova's work experience includes working as a Recruiter/HR at Erbis since September 2020. In this role, they collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and understand overall needs. Valeria is responsible for recruiting active and passive candidates and building a pipeline of candidates. Valeria also conducts interviews.

Before joining Erbis, Valeria worked as a Recruiter at AB Soft from May 2017 to April 2018. Prior to that, they were a Customer Relations Manager at SPORT LIFE from June 2014 to May 2017.
