Jolanta Jakobczyk

Jolanta Jakobczyk has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, knowledge management, and consulting. Jolanta currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at ERBUD GROUP since December 2023. Jolanta was previously a Vice-President at Humanites Institute from September 2010. Jolanta also served as a Senior Manager at EY from May 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Idea Bank S.A from October 2017 to February 2021 and as Director HR, Head of Human Resources Development at PKO Bank Polski from December 2011 to September 2017. Before joining PKO Bank Polski, Jolanta worked in knowledge management roles at Deloitte and Andersen Business Consulting. Jolanta began their career as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen in 1995.

Jolanta Jakobczyk completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from The University of Manchester, from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in International trade, Management and Marketing from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, from 1990 to 1995. Jolanta also holds additional certifications including PRINCE 2 Agile Foundation from PeopleCert, and Change Management Professional from Prosci, both obtained in 2021.
