Piotr Kaczmarek

Piotr Kaczmarek has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ERBUD SA since 2018, as an independent member. He is also an associate of the Audit Committee of ERBUD SA.

A graduate of the University of A. Mickiewicz in Poznań, majoring in German philology. He has a CFA title and a securities broker license. He has been associated with the capital market since the beginning of his professional career. He has 19 years of experience in the analysis and valuation of financial instruments. He managed the equity portfolios of the two largest pension funds in Poland: ING OFE and Aviva OFE. He is the co-author of the first model "Principles of Corporate Governance" on the pension fund market.

Initially, he worked as a securities broker at Dom Maklerski BMT SA (1994-1995) and at Bank Handlowy in Warsaw (1997-1998), and then as a capital market dealer at Bank America w Polsce SA (1999-2000).

In 2000-2008 he was associated with ING Nationale-Nederlanden Polska Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA, where he worked successively as an equity analyst, stock portfolio manager, and equity investment director. In 2006, he was appointed a member of the Society's Management Board and took the position of director of the investment department.

In 2009-2010 he was employed as a manager at Skarbiec TFI SA From 2011 to May 2016, he worked at Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne BZWBK SA, successively holding the positions of senior analyst and stock portfolio manager.

From 2016 to March 2018, he was a member of the supervisory board and chairman of the audit committee at ROBYG SA Currently, he is a member of supervisory boards and audit committees in the companies: Grupa KĘTY SA, FERRO SA, HARPER HYGIENICS SA.
