Maik Sohl

Maik Sohl currently serves as the Head of Business Development & Partnerships at ERC System, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Maik Sohl was with Volocopter from February 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading the partnership with ADAC Luftrettung for establishing eVTOLs in emergency medical services, overseeing the market launch in the Middle East in collaboration with NEOM, and driving business development efforts for the VoloDrone cargo concept. Maik Sohl’s earlier experience includes multiple roles at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants and consulting positions at various firms, with an educational background in management, including a Master of Science from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and studies at renowned institutions such as Indiana University and EDHEC Business School.
