Elias Villanueva

Elias Villanueva is a Supervising Engineer with extensive experience at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) since 2005. With a foundational education in engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, completed between 1982 and 1985, Elias has developed a strong expertise in overseeing critical engineering projects within the electrical reliability sector.
