Kaitlyn McCullough

Kaitlyn McCullough is an experienced compliance and security analyst with a solid background in regulatory compliance and physical security. Currently serving as a Compliance Analyst and Physical Security Analyst at ERCOT since November 2018, Kaitlyn has honed expertise in monitoring and executing security controls. Previous roles include Investigator at Pinkerton, where intelligence-related tasks were supported, and Educational Aide at Booker T Washington Elementary, focusing on behavior management in the classroom. Kaitlyn also completed internships at ERCOT and the Center for Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection, engaging in security operations and data research. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.
