Katherine Lengieza Gross is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law and regulatory compliance in the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at ERCOT since April 2022, Katherine previously held the position of Enforcement Manager at Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. from June 2019 to April 2022. Katherine's extensive background also includes over a decade at the Public Utility Commission of Texas, where roles included Managing Attorney and various attorney positions within the Legal Division. Katherine holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
