Kayle Daley

Kayle Daley is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and support. Currently serving as the ITSM Program Manager Lead at ERCOT since June 2022, Kayle previously held various roles at The University of Texas at Austin, including IT Service Development Manager, where key achievements included improving service resolution rates, managing significant projects, and enhancing team performance and training. Kayle's earlier positions involved overseeing the Level One Service Desk and managing help desk teams, further demonstrating expertise in customer service and technical training. Additionally, Kayle has a foundation in education, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wyoming.
