Lauren Savage Fleming

Lauren Savage Fleming serves as the Lead Strategic Advisor at ERCOT since January 2015, where responsibilities include leading the development and execution of long-term strategic goals and translating high-level strategies into actionable plans. Previous roles at ERCOT include Senior Strategic Advisor, Strategic Advisor, Project Manager, and Program Analyst, with a proven track record of facilitating enterprise strategic planning and improving project outcomes through data-driven analysis. Additionally, Lauren is the founder of Hem Support Wear, a company focused on empowering women's pelvic health. Education includes an MBA in International Business and an MA in Sustainability Studies from Texas State University, complemented by a BBA in Business Management from Texas McCombs School of Business.
