Matt Stout has a wide range of experience in compliance, engineering, and research. From their time at ERCOT as a Compliance Analyst to their work at Freescale Semiconductor/Motorola Inc. as a DFT Engineer/Design Engineer, Matt has demonstrated their expertise in improving compliance standards and driving successful semiconductor chip designs. Matt also has experience as a Device Engineer/Yield Engineer at Motorola Inc., where Matt focused on improving product yield and implementing quality system procedures. Their educational background includes an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University.
