The Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team at ERCOT ensures adherence to federal and state regulations governing the electric power industry. They monitor compliance with applicable laws, develop and implement compliance programs, provide guidance on regulatory matters, and manage reporting requirements, all while collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold the reliability and integrity of Texas's electricity market.
