Yousef abu-Khalifa

Yousef Abu-Khalifa is an Operations Engineer II at ERCOT since June 2023, participating in the Engineer Development Program. Previously, as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from August 2021 to May 2023, Yousef focused on researching techniques for simulating synthetic electric and natural gas transmission networks, which involved literature reviews, heuristic algorithm implementation in MATLAB and Python, and publication of findings in academic journals and conferences. Additionally, Yousef served as a Peer Tutor at Texas A&M University from May 2018 to December 2018, assisting students in Electrical Engineering. Yousef holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution (2016-2020).
