Jim Medendorp

Jim Medendorp serves as the Managing Director at ERDMAN, leading the Healthcare Advisory Services Practice with a focus on strategic growth and revenue generation. Prior roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Saint Francis Health System, where efforts were directed towards growth strategies, and Principal at The Innova Group, specializing in strategic and operational planning for healthcare. Previously, Jim held the position of Vice President at Kaufman Hall & Associates, where the integration of strategic and capital project planning was emphasized. Additional experience includes Director roles at Huron Consulting Group and RSM McGladrey, managing evaluations of hard assets and healthcare facility planning, respectively. Jim holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
