Emilio J. Goya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, human resources, and management consultancy. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Director of Corporate Strategy at Goya Global since 2008, Emilio also founded Erecruitment in February 2022, holding the position of CEO. Additional roles include Board Member at Inside Out and Co-Chairman at The Legacy Project for the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR). Emilio's previous experience includes a role as Director of Corporate Strategy at Pace Law Firm, Chief Human Resources Officer at Legazelle Corporation, and Subject Matter Expert at Scotiabank.
