Raghu Kasturi

Raghu Kasturi's work experience begins in 2003 when they worked as a Project Intern at the Center for Good Governance, where they built web applications for the Government of Andhra Pradesh's Weather and Agriculture Department. Raghu then joined CA Technologies in 2004 as a Software Engineer, where they served as a product module owner and development team member, working on CA security-related software solutions.

In 2007, Raghu started working at Stevens-Henager College as a Webmaster, where they were part of a team involved in designing and developing their website. Raghu also worked at CA Technologies again in 2010 as a Team Lead in Software Engineering, managing sustaining engineering for three core products.

Raghu joined eReinsure in 2010 as a Senior Consultant, designing and developing specialized web hosting applications for the reinsurance industry. From 2013 to 2017, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at eReinsure, where they focused on researching and leveraging emerging technologies to improve performance and cost reduction.

In 2017, Raghu was promoted to Director of Software Development at eReinsure, where they worked with other business leaders to review technology needs and execute strategies to meet business goals. Raghu also built and mentored high-performing teams and managed all aspects of the software development lifecycle for multiple high-visibility projects.

In 2019, Raghu became the General Manager at eReinsure. Finally, in March 2021, they were promoted to the position of Director at eReinsure, where they currently work.

Raghu Kasturi's education history begins in 1986 when they attended Loyola High School and earned their SSC degree in General. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Ratna Junior College and obtained an Intermediate degree with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. In 2000, Raghu enrolled at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and completed their Bachelor's of Technology degree in Computer Science and Information Technology in 2004. Raghu then pursued further education at Stevens Henager College, where they obtained an MBA degree in Corporate Ethics from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Raghu Kasturi has obtained several certifications. In May 2005, they received the Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In the same month, they also obtained the SCJP 5 certification from Sun Microsystems. In November 2016, Raghu completed the Microsoft® Project 2016: Essential Training and Project Management Fundamentals courses from LinkedIn. Lastly, in September 2017, they completed the PMP Certification Training offered by Simplilearn.
