Ekaterina Lapsheva

Ekaterina Lapsheva, PhD, is a scientist currently working at Ereztech since June 2022, focusing on the research and process development of air-sensitive ALD precursors and maintaining a safe work environment through SOP writing and R&D seminars. Prior to this role, Lapsheva served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania from June 2016 to May 2022, where research on organometallic rare-earth imido compounds led to one publication and several presentations. Earlier experience includes positions as a chemist at Maxygen, where method testing and literature analysis were conducted, and as a junior researcher at Apto-Pharm, where automation and purification protocols contributed to significant scientific outputs, including a patent. Lapsheva began their career as an intern at SaratovOrgSyntez, focused on evaluating and improving water softening systems. Educationally, Lapsheva obtained a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and a Specialist degree in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
