Melanie Buziak

Melanie Buziak is a Mechanical Design Engineer at ERG Aerospace since September 2022, previously serving as a Manufacturing Technologist at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory from June to November 2022. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where research efforts as a Graduate Research Assistant included the development of 3D printed thermoset materials reinforced with micro-cellulose fibers. Additional experience includes an internship at US Congress and work as a Higher Education Research Experience Intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, along with an undergraduate research assistant role at the Joint Institute for Advanced Materials. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2020.
