Andrea Ferrando

Andrea Ferrando has extensive experience in organizational leadership and financial analysis, serving as Head of Organization and Country Manager for the UK at ERG SpA since October 2005. In this role, Andrea oversees the performance analysis and monitoring of wind power plants across multiple European countries, including France, Germany, the UK, Romania, Bulgaria, and Poland. Previous positions at ERG SpA include Planning Control Analyst and Reporting Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed developing business plans, conducting strategic project analyses, and implementing corporate performance management tools. Prior to ERG SpA, Andrea worked at Whirlpool Corporation as a Sales Promoter, focusing on sales promotion and improved inventory management. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Università degli Studi di Genova, obtained in 2005.
