Federica Lolli is a seasoned legal and procurement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Global Lead Procurement Net Zero & Energy at LyondellBasell, Federica oversees legal operations related to procurement and energy transition projects in Europe. As an Independent Director at ERG Spa and a co-founder of both Doorway Srl and Angels4Women, Federica demonstrates a commitment to strategic governance and social initiatives. Previous positions include Lead Counsel and Legal Director at LyondellBasell, where critical legal support was provided for operations across Italy, Spain, Hungary, Poland, and Turkey, and General Counsel at Datalogic Group, where significant contributions were made to corporate governance and compliance. Educational qualifications include a laurea cum laude in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and an Advanced Management Program from London Business School.
