Marzia Bonifacio

Marzia Bonifacio has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR and people management. Marzia has been working at ERG Spa since 2004, taking on positions such as Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Learning and People Engagement, Head of Talent Management and People Engagement, Head of Talent Management & Compensation, Head of Talent Management and Acquisition, and Head of Learning and Development. Prior to ERG Spa, they worked at coeclerici spa as an HR professional from 2001 to 2004. Marzia also gained experience at Danone, where they served as an HR professional at Saiwa from 1997 to 2001. Marzia's career started at HR Consult as a Recruiting Specialist from 1995 to 1996.

Marzia Bonifacio began their education in 1985 at Liceo Linguistico - Grazia Deledda, where they completed their secondary education. Marzia then attended Università di Pavia from 1989 to 1994, majoring in Philosophy. In 1996, Marzia pursued HR Management & Industrial Relations, although the degree obtained is not specified. In 2002, they enrolled in SDA Bocconi for a program in Persone e Organizzazioni, again without a defined degree.

Marzia's education journey continued in 2017 when they joined the Escuela Europea de Coaching and completed the Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP) in 2018, focusing on Coaching. Recently, in 2022, Marzia enrolled in the Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini for the Master Gender Equality e Diversity Management, currently in progress.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Marzia obtained a certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in September 2022. Marzia also holds a certification in DISC from Thomas International, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are unknown.
