Alexander Zwies

Alexander Zwies is an experienced professional in the fields of IT product management, performance management, and business analytics, currently working at ERGO Group AG in an international role since November 2024. Previously, Alexander served as Head of IT Product Management Innovation and Mobility at ITERGO, leading a department and reporting to the CIO of Digital Ventures. With extensive experience at ERGO China, Alexander held multiple leadership positions, including AVP and Head of Performance Management Life, where responsibilities included managing business cases, establishing performance frameworks, and developing IT governance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from SOAS University of London and a Master of Science in Business Informatics from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
