Jessica Gerhard

Jessica Gerhard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Lead of Integrated Dynamic Planning at The Hershey Company since June 2008. Jessica's leadership roles include directing Customer Supply Chain & Demand Planning, managing replenishment for Walmart and Sam's Club, and overseeing packaging sourcing project management. With a strong foundation in supply chain network design and demand planning, Jessica has consistently contributed to operational excellence and strategic growth. Additionally, Jessica serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Center for Supply Chain Research® and has contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State University. Jessica holds an MBA and a BS in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University.
