Bratislav Selmic, FCCA, serves as Project Lead for M&A Transactions and Corporate Development at ERGO Group AG since January 2016, where responsibilities include leading buy-side and sell-side M&A projects, steering due diligence, developing financial models, and preparing Target Operating Models for successful integration of acquired companies. Previous roles at ERGO include Manager Controlling International, Business Controller, and Group Accounting IFRS Consultant, focusing on financial performance analysis, strategic project support, and IFRS processes. Prior experience at PwC involved serving as a Senior Consultant, leading audits of major banks, and managing various high-profile assurance projects, further enhancing expertise in financial audits and compliance. Bratislav holds an MSc in Financial Management from the University of Nis, Serbia, and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).
