Klemens Steiner

Klemens Steiner possesses extensive experience in various leadership roles within the ERGO Group AG since 2002, currently serving as Bereichsleiter Personal Vertrieb and Head of Learning & Development. Prior to these roles, responsibilities included Leiter Reorganisation at almeda GmbH and Head of Internal Communications and Corporate Responsibility. Previous to ERGO, Klemens held managerial positions at A.T. Kearney and Generali Deutschland Informatik Services GmbH, focusing on financial institutions and controlling. Early career experience includes project leadership in SAP/CO at AMB Aachener und Münchener Beteiligungs-AG and a trainee position within the same organization. Klemens holds a degree from The University of Freiburg.
