Marcin Pachałko

Marcin Pachałko has extensive work experience in various roles and departments, primarily in the insurance and finance sectors. Marcin started their career in 1996 as a Financial Consultant at Doradca Consultants Ltd. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Financial Manager at Saint-Gobain Weber. Marcin then joined Ergo Hestia in 2002, where they held roles such as Director of Finance and Administration Department and Director of Organizational Department. In 2007, they became the Company Manager at Hestia Kontakt sp. z o.o. before returning to Ergo Hestia in 2010 as the Director of BOS Department. From 2016, they were promoted to the position of Director of Risk Department / CRO at ERGO Hestia.

Marcin Pachałko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Gdansk between 1992 and 1997. In 2018-2019, they pursued a Postgraduate Programme in Risk Management in Financial Institutions at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
