Darren Mercieca

Darren Mercieca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics and CRM solutions. Currently serving as Stream Lead and Microsoft Dynamics Consultant at Ergo since May 2022, Darren previously worked at the European Union Agency for Asylum as a Consultant for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement from August 2019 to May 2022, focusing on consultancy and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Marketing applications, as well as the Power Platform. Prior to that, Darren held the position of CRM Line Manager & Technical Lead at iMovo, overseeing Dynamics 365 CE applications and integrations, and was involved in Salesforce implementations. Darren's earlier roles include Software Development Team Lead at iMovo, Senior Software Analyst/Developer and Software Analyst/Developer at Computime Limited, Systems Analyst at Atlas Technology Group, and Software Developer at speedikon FM AG. Darren holds a BSc (Hons) in IT from Middlesex University and an International Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from NCC Education.
