Ken Busby

Ken Busby has extensive experience in operations management and sales within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at ergoCentric Seating Systems since September 2015, Ken oversees all aspects of furniture manufacturing and maintains production facilities. Prior to this role, Ken was a Sales Associate at UltraRay from May 2014 to April 2022, managing accounts across the entire sales life cycle. Ken also held the position of Production Manager at Chudleigh's Ltd. from January 2010 to May 2014, where responsibilities included daily operations and manpower planning. Earlier experience includes serving as a Zone Leader at Ford Motor Company and a Supervisor at Stelco. Ken holds a diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 1993 and 1997, and completed secondary education at M.M. Robinson High School from 1989 to 1993.
