Jasmina Punek

Jasmina Punek has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jasmina currently holds the position of Global Head of Human Resources at ERGOMED since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UniCredit Bank Austria AG from June 2020 to March 2022, where they focused on Human Capital Inclusion, Culture, and Communication. Jasmina also held various roles at UniCredit from September 2016 to September 2020, including HR Business Partner for CEE Corporate, Investment & Private Banking, and HR Business Partner for Global Markets & Research.

Earlier in their career, Punek worked at Zagrebačka banka from 2009 to 2016, where they served as the Head of Learning and Development, Head of Talent Acquisition, and HR Recruitment and Development Specialist. Before that, they gained experience at UniCredit as a UniQuest Development Advisor for UniQuest Generation 9 in 2015. Jasmina also worked at Profil poslovno savjetovanje d.o.o. as an Administrator from 2008 to 2010 and at Poliklinika za ginekologiju i neurologiju Punek as an Administrator and technical support from 2005 to 2010. Punek started their career with internships at Creativa i Creativa Test in 2009 and Psihološki centar Medveščak in 2007.

Jasmina Punek holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb. Jasmina also obtained a Cognitive-behavioral therapist certification from the Croatian Association of Cognitive-behavioral Therapy. Jasmina later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Banking at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. Additionally, they received a Psychological Crisis Intervention Certificate from the Croatian Association for Psychological Support. Furthermore, Jasmina completed an eCornell HR Management Certificate from Cornell University.
