Nan Shao

Nan Shao serves as the Executive Vice President at Ergomed Consulting since February 2025, bringing extensive experience in the biostatistics and analytics sectors. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Veristat from October 2022 to September 2024, and a series of positions at Parexel from March 2016 to September 2022, culminating as Corporate Vice President overseeing analytics strategy and biostatistics. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director and Global Head of Biostatistics and Statistical Programming at Covance from January 2012 to January 2016, and a progression of roles at Premier Research Group from January 2007 to January 2012. Nan Shao holds an MBA with a focus on M&A Strategy and P&L Management from the University of Oxford, along with a PhD in Bilingual Advanced Analytics from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
