Dainora Kontvainiene

Dainora Kontvainiene has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and countries. Dainora started their career in 2007 as a Sales Manager at Property People Dubai, where they identified potential real estate buyers and sellers. Dainora then transitioned into the marketing field and worked as a Media Accounts Manager at Marketing People Dubai from 2008 to 2010, focusing on new business development and project management of various marketing services.

In 2010, Dainora joined Finasi LLC as a Sales Executive, where they handled high-end furniture sales and worked directly with architects, designers, and project managers to meet customer needs. Dainora developed marketing strategies and materials in order to secure top segment sales.

Following that, Dainora joined JSC Lyra Group in 2011 as a Business Developer, responsible for new business development in multiple countries. Dainora also researched the Russian market for potential manufacturing or import opportunities and played a key role in developing the company's retail store network and online shop.

In 2013, Dainora joined Ergomotion, Inc as a Sales Manager for Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. Dainora was in charge of new business development, key account management, and brand recognition in target markets. Dainora also developed and implemented training programs for distributor sales teams. Over time, they progressed within the company and held roles such as Sales Director and eventually, Director of Operations for Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.

From 2000 to 2003, Dainora Kontvainiene attended Šiauliai University, where they pursued a degree in Economics.
