Yulia Gerson-Austin

Yulia Gerson-Austin has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in several companies. Yulia is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ergon Inc. Prior to that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Acuren from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, Yulia worked as the VP of Human Resources & Communications at Carus Corporation. Yulia also held the position of Global Senior HR Director at Ingersoll Rand in 2015 and at Cameron from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as an HR Manager SR at Baker Hughes from 2004 to 2009.

Yulia Gerson-Austin holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Oklahoma State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they became a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork. In 2006, they received certification in the Lominger Suite from Korn Ferry Products. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM certification from SHRM in 2004. Yulia is also working towards becoming a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) through PMI, although the specific year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
