Wendy Radtke

Wendy Radtke serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at US LBM since June 2022. Prior to this role, Radtke held positions such as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at TRAC Intermodal, Chief Human Resources Officer at Clarios, and Executive Vice President and CHRO at TruGreen. Radtke's extensive experience also includes senior HR leadership roles at The Babcock & Wilcox Company, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and Honeywell International, where significant accomplishments included leading global HR functions, managing talent management practices, and overseeing large employee populations across various regions. Radtke possesses a Bachelor's Degree in English and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
