Lydia Stoop

Lydia Stoop is an experienced professional in the field of coaching and team leadership, currently serving as Teamleider Trajectcoaching at Ergon since July 2021. Previously, Lydia held various roles at Ergon, including Werkcoach at Ergon Buurtbedrijven from April 2015 to July 2021 and Trainer/coach from March 2013 to January 2015, where responsibilities included developing training programs for job seekers. Lydia also contributed to intensive training initiatives designed to reintegrate disadvantaged individuals into the workforce through personalized coaching. Prior to joining Ergon, Lydia worked as Teammanager at ING Bank from 2005 to 2007, overseeing a team of insurance specialists. Lydia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and completed further education at Alba Academie.
