Marleen van Den Akker

Marleen van den Akker is an experienced professional in coaching and support for individuals with barriers to employment. Currently serving as a Werkconculent at Ergon since November 2022, Marleen guides and coaches these individuals toward suitable job opportunities while also advising employers on effective engagement with this demographic. Prior to this, Marleen held the position of Thuiscoach at ZuidZorg from April to November 2022 and spent nearly two decades at Severinus in various roles, including Opleidingsadviseur afdeling Leren voor Cliënten and activiteitsbegeleider. Marleen holds a qualification from ICM opleidingen & trainingen (2018-2019) and completed education at Summa SPW from 2002 to 2006.
