Joel Ley has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and project management. Joel began their career at TransNet Corporation in 2000, where they provided project management services and support for enterprise-level clients. In 2005, they joined Warnock Automotive Group as the Director of IT, responsible for managing IT strategic planning, infrastructure, and technical support teams across multiple locations.
In 2009, Joel worked at Preferred Business Solutions as an IT Integration Specialist, where they designed and implemented technical support services for a new division. Joel also provided deskside and server support for clients and managed internal IT operations and managed services clients. In the same year, they joined All-In-One Network Solutions, Inc. as an Onsite IT Support Technician.
Since 2010, Joel has been working at ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they oversee multiple projects across various regions of the United States, manages the NJ Live Desk, field support teams, engineering staff, and onsite technical support teams. Joel is also responsible for managing multiple clients in the northeastern U.S.
Throughout their career, Joel has demonstrated strong project management skills, customer satisfaction focus, and expertise in IT support services.
Joel Ley obtained technical certifications in Information Technology from CIT Easton, PA in the year 2000. Following that, from 1987 to 2017, they attended Warren County Community College, where they focused on studying Computer Science and Graphic Design. Additionally, Joel obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in March 2000.
