Alvin Lee

Alvin Lee began working at Constant Force Technology, LLC, then an Ergotron subsidiary, in 2003, and worked his way to Ergotron’s General Manager of China manufacturing and operations in 2019. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing our China factory operations while maintaining efficient and successful factory support to all Ergotron’s business units.

Alvin holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Lean transformation leader dedicated to continuous learning and improvement that benefits our global organization.

Alvin previously worked as Ergotron’s New Product Introduction Senior Engineering Director, overseeing product engineering for solutions built in our wholly-owned Dongguan factory before transitioning to the General Manager position.

Prior to Ergotron, he held process and product engineering roles at Magnecomp Technology, Applied Materials and Seagate Technology.

Alvin holds a materials engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University and a master’s degree in operations and supply chain management from the University of Liverpool.
