Janice Spiers has over 39 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial maintenance. Currently serving as Manufacturing Lead at Ergotron since September 2000, Janice manages personnel and workload in wood processing and powder coating, ensuring adherence to safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Prior to this role, Janice worked at Purolator Air Filtration from October 1984 to September 2000 as Assistant Supervisor in Industrial Maintenance, where responsibilities included managing mechanics and technicians, maintaining production equipment, and troubleshooting machinery in the oil line division.
