Matthew Rayner

Matthew Rayner is a Manufacturing Engineer at Siemens Energy, where comprehensive manufacturing support is provided to machine operators and team members since September 2013. Prior to this role, Matthew completed an Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship with Siemens at CAP Works Newcastle Upon Tyne, gaining experience in manual turning, manual milling, and hand fitting techniques, culminating in a placement in the Manufacturing engineers office in 2015. Earlier work experience includes serving as a waiter at Panuccis Italian from May 2011 to May 2014. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sunderland, earned between September 2019 and June 2023, and a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Tyne Metropolitan College, completed from September 2017 to May 2019.
