Rick Heath, CFA has diverse work experience in various roles. Rick began their career as a Market Research Intern at Cleveland Research Company in 2006. Rick then worked as a Structured Finance Analyst at IMAKE Consulting, where they built financial models and analyzed securitization products. After that, they joined Hannon Armstrong Capital, LLC as a Financial Analyst, where they focused on energy efficiency and alternative energy projects. Rick later moved to KeyBanc Capital Markets as an Analyst, where they participated in business development and syndication of credit facilities. Following that, they worked at Citi Private Bank as a Vice President and Senior Vice President, where they originated and syndicated credit facilities for law firms and provided advisory services. Rick also co-founded CEYLOVE LLC and served as a Co-Founder for a year. In 2016, they became the President of Heath Development, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer of Erickson Immigration Group, overseeing the firm's finance function and leading technological and operational improvements in the finance department.

Rick Heath, CFA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Finance, and Pre-Med from Case Western Reserve University, which they obtained in the years 2002 to 2006. Prior to their university education, they attended Utica High School from 1998 to 2002 and was the valedictorian of their graduating class. In addition to their formal education, Rick Heath has also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute in March 2011.
