Denise Parlato

Denise Parlato, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Strategies at Erickson Senior Living since January 2017, Denise has held multiple positions at the company, including Assistant Director Talent Strategies and Sr. Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Denise was the Director of Human Resources at Hilton Newark Airport Hotel from September 2010 to April 2022 and also served as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Erickson Retirement Communities Seabrook Village. With a solid background in the hospitality industry, Denise held various human resources positions at Doubletree Hotel Boston Downtown, Hilton Family of Boston, and Boston Harbor Hotel. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from both Rutgers University and Seton Hall University.
