Jeannie Payer

Jeannie Payer serves as the Director of IT Systems at Erickson Senior Living since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing IT service provision, managing a team of technologists, and facilitating the planning and development of applications. Prior roles include Information Technology Program Manager and IT Project Manager II, where Jeannie coordinated enterprise programs, led project deployments such as Workday HCM for over 15,000 employees, and managed significant IT initiatives in various capacities. Jeannie’s experience spans project management and business analysis positions at companies including basys, LLC, BFG Supply Co, and Commerce Corporation, contributing to successful software implementations and process improvements. Jeannie holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
