Karen Kollmer

Karen Kollmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior living management. Currently serving as the Director of General Services at Erickson Senior Living since April 2004, Karen oversees various operational departments for a 90-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community, including Maintenance, Engineering, and Customer Service. In addition, Karen manages projects from planning through execution, contributing to initiatives such as a 4 megawatt solar field and lifecycle renovations. Since January 2018, Karen has also held the position of Project Manager at Windsor Run. Karen's educational background includes studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
